This notice explains how we handle personal data provided on the arsmusicae.eu website.

This notice is based on the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and on Hungarian Act CXII of 2011 on informational self-determination.
2. What data we process
We process personal data only if you fill in the concert booking form or contact us by email or phone. No registration is needed to visit the website, and we do not use visitor analytics.

Data entered in the form reach us by email and are also stored in the website’s database. We do not use the data for newsletters, and we do not sell or pass them on for advertising.
Providing data is voluntary, but we cannot reply to an enquiry without a name and an email address.
3. Who has access to the data
The data are seen by Mónika Kecskés and the management; apart from them, they only pass through or are stored on the systems of the providers below.

Google and Calendly may also process data outside the European Union, in the United States; such transfers are based on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and on the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission.
The links from the website to our Facebook, Instagram and YouTube pages are plain links: data reach those providers only if you click on them.
4. Cookies
The website itself uses only the cookie needed for it to work; there are no advertising or analytics cookies.

You may ask us at any time to inform you about the data we hold, or to correct or delete them; we reply within one month at the latest.
- Access: you may request information on, and a copy of, the data we process about you.
- Rectification: you may ask for inaccurate data to be corrected.
- Erasure: you may ask for your data to be deleted if they are no longer needed or if you object to the processing.
- Restriction: you may ask that we only store the data while a disputed question is clarified.
- Objection: you may object to processing based on legitimate interest.
- Portability: you may ask to receive the data you provided in a machine-readable format.
